Question about landing pages

Hello all,

I have spent years creating web content, press releases, articles, etc. but I am just beginning to tackle landing pages and other sales related copy. When a client hires you to write a landing page/sales page, do you include all of the relevant graphics as well? Or do you simpy provide the copy? I'm assuming when a client hires you to write such items, they are expecting a fully finished product. I appreciate any help with this topic!

Thanks,

Scott

    Scott,

The more "done for you" you can provide, the more the client will be happy. Trust me.

However, be very clear in your engagement letter if you are including this or not.

This is a great upsell, BTW.

Just saying, "Hey, my fee covers the copy. Do you have a graphic guy to make sure it's optimized for conversations? Because simple design elements can increase conversions by up 200%. Did you know that? And it'll only cost an extra $500. Plus, it'll save you about 15 hours interviewing designers and weeding out the losers."
