
Most Important Difference Between "Article" Style Sales Copy & "Sales Letter" Style Copy?
What, do you think, are the most important differences in STRUCTURE between an straight-on sales letter and a "news article" styled letter?
(I ask b/c apparently "article" style beats "straight-on" style hands down... (b/c people have less tolerance than EVER for being obviously "sold to".))
Like... are the benefits introduced as early in an article-style promotion?
Headlines for article-style ads would be more "newsy". Like:
"3 hidden memory destroying triggers no one told you about" (newsy)
Versus:
"Brilliant new formula improves your memory in 30 days or less" (salesy)
Here's the "article" style ad: Advanced Memory Formula: Reduce memory loss and senior moments
For the "straight ahead" style ad, pick almost any WSO, I think ... here's one:
