The following letter will be sent to a specific list of wedding photographers in the united states who are eager to broaden their products\portfolio.
This letter should entice them to view the links, respond by email or click on a link to a sales page (that is currently designed).
I`m not the best copy writer, but I have been looking a lot in this section of the WF, and I tried to apply what I have learned.

Dear _____, my name is Ami F. and i`m a Professional Video Remixer servicing tv stations and PR companies alike.

You're not telling your prospects what a video remix is or why they need you to create one for them.

You need to explain the urgency better.

I'd want more specific information, e.g. do your prospects need to supply any music, how long will it be, how many hours of footage will you go through, etc.

With that in mind, plus the price, I'd use the letter to generate leads that you can close one-on-one.

Thank you for your quick reply.
Correct me if I`m wrong, you are advising me to re-write the sales\pitch letter\email and try to put all the needed info in one letter (instead of trying to send the email, wait for them to come to my page, then continue).
I will rewrite, and post again.

Currently the call for action you've got is for them to pm you, not to visit your site.

So you need to decide what single action you want your prospect to take after reading.

If you want to get them to your site you want to tell them what a remix is, why they need one, why they need to get it from you, and then tell them to click the link for more information.

Don't mention the price other than possibly to say you're doing X% off as a special offer until your site is finished so you can get some testimonials.

And make the whole thing more specific, so that you couldn't send it to anyone other than a wedding photographer.
