Sales Copy: Decent or not?

ok guys, I have posted on here a few times and have realised finally that my sales copy was extremely shoddy and probably still is. How is this landing page for FatLoss4Idiots. All CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is appreciated, cheers.

    here my .02:

it takes too long to get to the point. People who want to lose weight already know that they want to lose it and why they want to lose it. You need to start off with your story -- I was frustrated, nothing worked, then I found this, and now I've lost weight. Put in a before and after pic of you -- not a stock picture. Then give the link. Keep it short, personal and dramatic.

    Hope this helps!

Mate - it needs a lot of work. The whole thing does.

Rather than list out the issues which are too many to mention, find the BEST sales page in your niche that you can find.

Analyze WHY it's so good. Look at every pixel on the page.

List out the elements that make it so damn good. The list will be a mile long.

Now do your own page which you're aiming to be better than the one you found.

    Post back here for comment.

    Cheers,
