What is the best for a WSO, writing a long sales copy or creating a sales video?

  Thank you, I appreciate your answer, but as Brendon Burchard said, you must use a sales video.
  
  He always uses video on his sales page, so I want to decide, only a sales video or only a long sales letter.

Whichever performs better?

And if you're going to use a video, don't make it one of those long boring ones. Make it short, snappy and to the point - just like copy should be.

You can add short Video 1.5-3 min then add good description with key points and bunch of numbers.

  A combination SHORT (no longer than 90 seconds) email at the top of your WSO, then a long form sales letter that easily moves from point to point without irrelevant graphics, arrows, or dollar bill graphics interrupting the flow of your copy. Testimonials throughout, and if you want another video later in your WSO, keep it info-rich and no longer than 2-3 minutes.

I recommend that you test both while long sales copy could convert better in some industries, the video is very visual to way to show people what you're selling. Install a Google analytics conversion tool and test your pages.
