Help needed in presenting membership levels

Hello,
I'm creating a membership site and I would like your opinion on my registration page:

USER ACCOUNT ON NOVEMBER 2012

Specifically I'd like to know what you think about the membership levels description.. Is it clear enough or does it looks too complicated?

What are your suggestions?

For reference, at the time of posting, my text reads like this (might change it following your reviews)

"
Choose your Membership Level:

Best Reviewer's Formula (Basic) - Free -
- Build backlinks
- Post comments
- Use forum

Best Reviewer's Formula (Premium) - $9.95 for 6 Months -
- More backlinks (link to all your articles elsewhere)
- 100% ad revenue sharing (Google AdSense)
- Affiliate program (display your site link and your AdSense on your referrals pages)

Best Reviewer's Formula (Professional) - $47.00 for 3 Months -
- Even more backlinks (display your site's link sitewide)
- More ad revenue sharing (sitewide timeshare, adsense, chitika, clickbank, amazon, etc.)
- Display your own ads (sitewide timeshare, graphic ads + link in several standard ad sizes)
- Better affiliate program (earn money for each paying referral, recurring earnings, sent monthly to your Paypal account)
"

I know this is not a sales page, I have yet to make a full page presenting the benefits of the different membership levels with more details. But how could I do to keep the registration form simple while making reader understand and feel they want to take one of the 2 paid membership?

Waiting for your valuable opinion, thanks!

For starters, I would bold the title line for each of the membership levels.

Right now they all sort of blend together, and the radio buttons are very hard to see. Also add some additional lines of spacing between each level.

Give the packages some room to breathe

I'd agree with bold and spacing, but maybe you could add some color as well, like bronze, silver, gold for each level. People like to "win" the association could help. Good luck to you!

Don't sell yourself short - charge them 9.95 a MONTH for the premium service! 9.95 for 6 months? Bollocks, you're cheaper than the Indians and you don't want to attract that kind of clientele.

Also.. the registration form can be as simple as you want to make it, it's up to the sales page to do the sellin' for ya.. by the end of it, they'll know which membership option they'd like to sign up for.

my comment is not about simplicity or how to ease the understanding of the different memberships levels...

Instead...I'm going to comment about how you can position the order in which you present the different membership levels to increase your revenue...

        Here goes:

Try presenting the $47 option first (ie,..at the top)... followed by the $9.95 option...and finally present the free option at the botton .

        Why?...

Presenting the $47 option first will most likely make the $9.95 look very affordable..and a result increase the sales of the $9.95 membership option.

To increase your subscription revenues even further...you could try having 4 options.

        eg)..

        $97 , $47 , $9.95 and Free.....

Listing them in this order will most likely increase the subscriptions to the $47 and $9.95 options..

Test it out and see what happens, many Conversation rate optimisation tests show that presenting higher priced subscription levels first has a tendency of increasing revenues.

        Good luck!

PS: Most membership subscriptions are usually presented in horizontal form because its an easier format for comparison.

Hello all and thank you for not ignoring my question ans giving me insightful advice, this is my first time doing it and I made the common mistake, sorry for asking so early before doing the proper research prior to wasting your time asking my question/review.

I'll take on board your advice and will try to implement them as far as I can since I'm limited by using Drupal CMS and not knowing yet how to design better the registration page. But I'll definitively try to change what has been suggested by you in terms of text.

I'd like to share a few resources I've found now and a tool to generate pricing tables:

I went to the web site and was not sure what it was all about. What is the offer? What does Honest Reviews on November 2012 mean to me? Do you want me to review a product or service? What's in it for me?

      You need human faces.

Adding a human face [looking at you] with a call to action in "Quotation Marks" will increase readership by about 200%

Get Drew Eric Whitman's latest book at CA$HVERTISING Drew was my mentor when I first started out as a Copywriter. I made my first $100,000 the year I bought his cassette tape series (Yikes that dates me!)

Seriously though - you will discover more in his $20 book than others will show you in their $5,000 courses.

I think your registration page is going to probably confuse people more, and I would let your sales page do the heavy lifting and give them the three options without all the extra list. It's a bit overbearing and the last thing you want someone to do is think before buying.
