  I even have some other ones selling skates in Brooklyn 1800s for $3.

That's awesome! I actually worked with Charles Hires III at the University of Pennsylvania in the late 90's. He was the grandson of the founder of Hires Root Beer.

A funny story is that when the founder of Hires died, he gave all the money to his daughters. He told his sons to "make their own ******* money." It turns out that Charles' Dad was the son of the Founder so he grew up poor while all his Aunts were rich. This caused bad blood in the family as you can imagine.

I thought that was a cool story to share here
