    Yes, if there's any subject that would allow me the passion to inspire action through words, it would be gourmet cheese.

        The beauty of the Internet is that you can make it in any niche, because there is 7 billion people on the planet, and there is no longer any distance between us, so the people you're looking for to connect with who share your passions, interests, and the things you love are just as available to you whether they're in the United States, the Netherlands, or South Korea; there are literally hundreds of thousands of potential customers that can last you a lifetime no matter what niche you are going into, and the great thing about some of the less known niches like cheeses that you can easily obtain SEO and Google rankings for them that no one else has gone after.

    Safeway, King Soopers and other big name grocery stores have very valuable, expensive real estate , in the front of the stores, dedicated to gourmet cheeses. that is no accident.
    the most valuable commodity in a grocery store is shelf space. they have whole sections dedicated to cheese ( and some other gourmet stuff to go with it ) , but it is all about CHEESE.

    I live in France. Know how many cheeses are produced here? A lot *. But they don't have anything that comes close to this Sicilian delicacy -




    * just Googled it - there are about 400 different cheese varieties in France.

    Sure why not. Every country has its cheese makers and there are lots of people who love cheese. I think it is a product that you would find in most refrigerators.

    People love to have crackers and cheese as a snack and who doesn't love it on their Subway.
