    I agree with the 'both' answer. An old tried and true sales formula is to take an everyday person with a problem. Allow that person to discover the solution (your product) to the problem using an engaging story. And rake in the bucks as people relate to the scenario and buy your product.

    I've written hundreds of articles using this formula to generate clicks to the mother ship. I've also written dozens of sales letters using the same formula. People love stories and definitely relate to the underdog winning - even if they have to spend $37 to win...
