Yes, it's possible to get 10% conversions or higher every month. It will help immensely if your review page is the 1st result on search engines (PPC advertising helps, though you can also do this with organic traffic), if your website is an authority site and if you have a list you can periodically promote the product to.

Many of the biggest affiliate marketers use reviews almost exclusively to sell because they build trust in readers and pre-sell them on the product. You should look at Rosalind Gardner's stuff; she makes a lot of money and was one of the first people to make it big as an affiliate.

I usually don't like to talk about specific products on here because most people are already overwhelmed (plus it sounds like advertising), but one of the first affiliate marketing books I read was her "Super Affiliate Handbook" and she lays out the entire process in a thorough, newbie-friendly manner so you know what to do.

jack5, many people know how to get that 10 but...

    10 is high and ...

no one will tell you for free (or I may be wrong on this one...)

    my advice?

learn and practice f2f sale. Good luck.

Hilarious. I understand the OP's concern though.

    Yes, that is easy!

    1. Buy the product.
    2. Test it. I mean really test it or find a person to test it.
    3. If after this you still honestly think it is a good product
and you would without any doubt or reservation recommend
it to your whole family and your best friends then:
    4. Sit down and write a review. People will buy the product
based on your recommendation and will sincerely thank you for it.

If you omit steps 1 to 3 you might sell a few copies but you will feel bad. You will not know how to write and what to write and in a couple days you will find a new product and ask whether you can write a review and whether people will buy.
