this was asked some while back but I thought I might ask again:

Anyone of you warriors have Matt Furey's Original Email Course (not the one he did for AWAI?)

      Just saw an email from him, saying that today (March 18th) is the last day it will be available.

      (It doesn't say that on the page I just linked to in previous post, which is why I'm adding this.)

        Do you have the other two, and are you getting this latest? I'd be curious to hear what's different. (Slightly curious, anyway.)

          I only have the AWAI one, not his original class.

          I picked up this new one the other day. Waiting for it in the mail.

            Yes, I went ahead and clicked the buy button also.

            Forgive me if you've covered this in detail on another thread, but have you found good/great results from your Furey-style emailing?

            Do you send once-daily? More often? Less often?

            Is there anyone else who's a model for you?

            I have to say it's Ben Settle who got me back in the emailing saddle when I was re-reading his most excellent Copywriting grab-bag book a few months back.

              I'm sporadic with my mailings... sometimes mail once a day, sometimes twice, sometimes none at all. And at different times. Keeping it interesting instead of monotonous and boring.

              The biggest thing I've probably taken from Furey as well as guys like Carlton and Halbert was colloquial writing in general. Writing how people talk.

              I don't use any of their formulas as is. I take what I learn from them and fit it into my own system.
