Dear All

I currently run my adwords campaign. I have good amount of click and impression. Of course i make the keyword is targetted.

My problem is, i never get click that become a lead. I see on my google analytic page that the bounce rate is very high, even 100% and 00.00.00 time avg visit duration. What's the problem? Bad landing page?

load time is an issue, I think...

Plus, for me, the first sentence in the slider.

This isn't your homepage, either, is it. And the homepage reads like an about page. It needs a hook. There's not enough information and everything is in tiny text, making it hard to read.

Also could be your traffic sources. You need targeted traffic for this niche, I think, as no-one who wasn't actively seeking charcoal will want to buy...

"Benefits"..."features"..."bullet points". Page design. Hook. None of that stuff is the problem.

The problem is the bad English.

Apart from that...who are you targeting? Wholesale suppliers of barbeque charcoal I presume. So why should they buy from you? Are your prices much cheaper? Is your product far superior? How long is delivery? How can the buyer be sure you'll fulfil? (I notice you want 50% "cash" up front).

Without knowing more we can't really help you. Tell us what the keywords are for starters.

Your biggest problem may be that your buyers don't go to Google,
they go direct to the largest marketplace for wholesale trade, Alibaba.

    That's where buyers go,
    therefore you will be better
off on Alibaba, as shown here...http://m.alibaba.com/trade/search?SearchText=Charcoal

    Best,
    Ewen

The other biggest problem is, if you become non gold member in alibaba, it's useless, i think.

There is an even BIGGER problem than that... I thought the copy nazi was going to pick up on it.

Your website says you are located in Indonesia. Your website is in english. I don't think many people in Indonesia speak english. So this leads me to believe you are targeting an english speaking country.

    If this is true...

Why would anyone order charcoal from Indonesia if they are in, lets say.. the U.S.?

Unless you are selling some kind of special charcoal that warrants insane shipping prices, you have no chance in hell of getting orders from anyone outside of Indonesia...

So please tell me you aren't targeting countries that are thousands of miles away...

Now hopefully I'm wrong and you are targeting people in Indonesia. If that's true then the next step would be...

Making your site look more presentable...

There is nothing on your website. You don't even have a lead form or a damn phone number. Who would order charcoal with a complete stranger via email? Would you trust your own website if you came across it? It lacks in credibility.

Once you fix those two problems. Then you can begin to work on your copy. Until then you don't stand a chance in hell of selling anything off of it.

Of course I picked up on it. I said "Who are you targeting?". I'll bet his traffic is happy home barbequers looking for a good deal on charcoal - and that's why he's getting the high bounce rate. He's selling bulk charcoal that can be branded for the buyers.

(As an aside my father was a POW in Borneo during WWII. 3 1/2 years of hell as a guest of the Japanese at Sandakan and Kuching camps. )
