A credibility example

If you're looking for a sales letter with good credibility examples, here's one for you...

Writing for Influence, Authority and Impact

Near the beginning is a short, "innocent" discussion of why the author discontinued his hourly consulting rate of $1,300.

Near the end of the SL, the credibility building gets intense (where it says, "Is Perry Marshall Qualified to Teach Influential Writing?").

Enjoy!

For sure the sales letter is worth a read, and for $12,000 a seat
you NEED a lot of credibility to pull that off. At the same time
Perry has his crowd so I know this one will sell out.

Pretty awesome stuff. $12,000 was an entire year's tuition when I went to school though. Wow!

Yeah, he's preaching to the faithful.

The SL illustrates another important point.

By hitting the emotional sweet spot of his target group, the logical mind won't stop and think, "This guy wrote over 5,000 words to convince me to 'apply' for a seat. What's that about?"
