A little question about copywriting
I am really not familiar with how this works, so i wanted some advice , regarding the legal, legislative side of things . Let's say i creeate a facebook page or a website but i use pictures ( for example let's say i creeate a sexy women page and post pics with models both on facebook and on my website ) but pictures that i do not own , that were just downloaded off google or whatever magazine website. What are the consequences to this ? And i'm not talking just about pics with women here , that was just an example. Basically anything you can think of , a picture of a car , a picture of a cartoon , if it's not taken by me with that person's agreement ( in the case of taking pictures of a human being ) or drawn by me what happens next ? I don't want to start building ad campaigns just to get crushed later on because of this. Any advice will be highly appreciated. Thank you
