Well... Hey! I am just kidding... It was just an attention grabber subject line to make you read this thread...
The thing is I would love to know if any of you know what's the best way here to simply elevate yourself onto the next level of executing your clients small online business as an online marketing automation consultant by writing some kick-ass direct response copy.
Now, here's the thing:
I am playing to my strengths.
I am doing what I love most.
I am about to start learning to execute lifecycle marketing & automate online business strategy efficiently as a professional for small businesses.
Here comes the thing...
I want to just write some kick-ass direct response copy & lead magnets for some online businesses just to get an inside peek at the psychology of our clients customers. This helps me with some real knowledge & experience while it adds to my portfolio & skillset at the same time as well. I like to be a master of one than be a jack of all, master of none.
For me, I am okay with whatever money comes my way but most copywriters who are starting out are often advised to never work for free or start with an incredibly low fee.
Let me make it very clear. Copywriting isn't an easy job. It's an art which has a huge learning curve to it. You can never be perfect in it, you got to keep learning all the time.
I am neither interested in being a copywriter full-time trading my time & brains to dollars because I just don't find it motivating enough neither I have the patience & tolerance to keep learning how to write copy day in day out.
I am passionate about the marketing fundamentals that a direct response copywriter understands & gives great attention to detail throughout the sales pitch he/she writes. This is what I am interested in learning the correct lifecycle marketing fundamentals & correct learning happens only through experience & correct guidance.
Believe me, I can write great copy at times when I have the mood & I am in it completely but I would never like to be known as just a regular the-guy-next-door 'copywriter'. If I have to earn my bread & butter for which I have to be called a 'copywriter' & do copywriting so that I can live a respectful life, then so be it.
However, the case is different right now. I just want to start building my portfolio so as to help clients & understand the needs of small business owners sharply.
All I need you to do is write your 0.02 cents about finding such clients who are willing to experiment a lot with their sales copy & marketing lifecycle.
Also, the compensation can be just anything so I don't really have rigid expectations from small business owners regarding the same.
How do I start? Where do I find such clients? Fees are the last thing on my mind right now. I just want to start learning these marketing fundamentals.
Can all you kick-ass direct response copywriting professionals expand on the solutions to my current challenge & convincingly help me?
Give your 2 cents before I pull all my hair off & get completely bald just kidding LOL
