Where do you recommend I could find new book authors?

What websites would you recommend for finding new authors?
New authors that have recently published a book.

    Amazon has special lists of new books. Go to amazon.com, select the Book department, then go down the left hand column to see "New Releases (last 30 days).

        Any other places apart from Amazon?
        There are tons of places where writers and self-published authors congregate online and elsewhere, but I have never heard of a group that is ONLY for new book authors. New, old and aspiring are all mixed in together.
