I started filling information out on flippa and noticed the $29 fee. Looking for honest feedback to if this site will sell? Thanks for any feedback.
Here is the site: NFL Draft Rage including Mock Drafts. Here is the pitch I was going to use:


"This site had peak activity of over 60,000 visitors over 2 day period for tribute article i wrote for soldiers during Bin Laden raid. During NFL Draft season (around March 1st to April 30th) this site will bring in 1,000 to 3,000 visitors.

Only monetization I did was few articles with text link ads. I received $100 for three months (did this 3 times during peak times). Site has alot of potential but will require active content creation. Below are numbers we produced:

1. Website - Total views in 2 years is 113, 301

2. Youtube - Total views in 2 years is 408, 559.

3. Twitter followers is 520.

4. Facebook likes (fan page) is 127 (personal account) 781 friends.

Premium theme used is by Solostream. All pluggins are up-to-date and fully functional."

    It would be a sure sell. Have you thought about hiring someone on hourly basis to keep working on this site for you to earn regular revenue, than to make that 1 time profit.

    Interesting choice of where to post. This forum is about copywriting, not selling sites on Flippa or anywhere else. A better choice would have been the main forum.

    it did nothing for me but the good news is that it is 30 bucks so i say give it ta try and cross it off the list...
