Using videos/themes from movies in ur copy/throughout ur course. Advice PLEASE

Hi, I'm getting ready to start my first ever IM project. But first, I wanted some clarification. Below are some hypothetical scenarios to help me get my point across:

1) Let's say I chose "Dog Training" as my niche, and wanted to write several ebooks about it, from "First Time Dog Owner" to "Owned Dogs All My Life", whatever it is. Ok, so then lets say that I wanted to spruce up the efforts using Scooby Doo as the theme.

Would I be able to use clips from Scooby Doo, with voice overs, while not making myself open to Law Suits?

2) Same scenario, but for a fat loss system. Could I use Wolverine from X-Men n hav a voice over of him saying "I'll shred the fat off you!"

3) And finally, as mentioned if there's say 3 different ebooks from beginner to advanced, could I place clips from the movie them on each sales page?

These may be really stupid questions, but I've never done anything like this in my life!

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hey man,

Those are good questions, but they're better off in the main forum.

Copywriting = Salesmanship in print. The art of writing advertising/salesletters etc.

Writing ebooks is content writing, and that's not discussed in this subforum.

Just a head's up for you, in case you're wondering why you're getting no replies.
