Does anyone have any of the Supplement ads Joe Sugarman wrote. These are current ads.

Harlan, here are 3 products his company promotes/promoted.

Whether he personally wrote the ads, I'm not sure...but they're products that his company originated.

    Protect120 - Like a Vitamin Store in a Tube™!

    Modera XL

Anti Aging Stem Cell Skin Care Face Cream - Signals120

Hi Harlan, this book has the most extensive collection of Sugerman's copy (at the end) and I think it may have what you're looking for:

    by Joe Sugarman.

My favorite of his books by far!

^^^ It says it's private but it's not - just click the "view" link in the lower lefthand corner.

A quick look at the copyright page shows it is still under copyright, and I didn't see any permission statement saying it was okay to put it online.

I checked Amazon for a legal copy and noticed it is/was available in Kindle format. The sales page says that it is under review for some kind of content/format/etc. problem.

But both the hardbound and paperback editions are still available although a bit pricy.

          Those are Joe's classic ads.

I don't think there are any supplement ads in them.

But one of my students emailed me a few supplement ads he wrote.

          :-)

Thanks for the info Marvin - For full disclosure I will say that I didn't create the pdf, and didn't know it was still under copyright. I don't even know where to go to find that out!

I figured that most big name books are well-guarded and that an outstanding copywriter like Sugarman wouldn't let a pdf copy of his book stay there unless he was okay with it.

That said, I have no idea how hard it is to stay on top of that stuff - I'm not quite at that level yet (:

Anything published in the US after 1963 is still under copyright, unless the owner had explicitly waved it. Anything from 1923 to 1963 might still be protected. The only way to know is to check renewal records at the copyright office. Pre 1923 is public domain.

Good point, but the copyright date on this work is 1998 .
