Selling Ad Space - My advertising email what do you think?

So I am trying to sell a few spaces on my blog I have a total of 6 at the moment and aim to make $2000 per month of them! Below is what I have been sending out, is there anything else you think I should include?

Hope you are well, I just wanted to get in touch regarding the potential of advertising on "my site"! I am contacting businesses I believe could gain value from advertising with us.
We also have some amazing December rates! Christmas is only around the corner!

For the month of December we have four 125X125 ad spaces available at only AU$250 for the month of December!

We additionally have two 200X200 ad spaces available at an amazingly low AU$500 for the month of December.
Please note the ad space is from the 1st of December - 31st December!

    Dive straight into the benefits you're offering: increased business when they use your blog to market to your 20k visits a month.

    • Yes good point! However I need a bit of an introduction? Or would you suggest just ditching it?
  • "Hope you are well" - is patronizing.

    "I just wanted..." - the word "just" minimizes the importance of your message.

    "I am contacting businesses" - So? The recipient of your email doesn't care about you.

    "gain value" - is too abstract. Be more concrete.
