Please re review my opt in page

Hi everyone,

I posted my landing page and here just over a week ago and got some great feedback. Mainly that my copy wasn't compelling enough which was why my conversions weren't very good. So I've went away and worked off some of the examples given and wrote a long page style page.

I'm currently doing some Facebook ads to bring traffic in and I got 77 clicks last night but no conversions. Average visit duration in google analytics says 1:48 with bounce rate of 81.82% -- I have also made sure that the advert is congruent with the landing page copy/style.

USA investment property from £9,950! (please note this domain name is going to be changed to propertyinvestmentusa.co.uk)

    Your landing page is too long to get an opt-in.

    Model some shorter successful landing pages.

    You really have to work on your offer. For example, make an offer for an exclusive free report on how to make some serious profits with real estate investing in the United States. Test a headline such as Free Special Report Reveals etc.

    Give your free special report a powerful title as well.

    Sell your offer hard...that's the key to a successful landing page.

      To start it's a 'done-to-death' boring headline. And you've got the optin form stuck right at the bottom of the page (prospects will be gone long before they even get to it)

      I'd get rid of the 'phone number' requirement.

      Shorten the page and make the copy punchier.
