French Offers of Copywritting!!

Hi, as you know now I'm French and I find there a lot of lacunes on The French Marketplace.
For examples it's very difficult to find offers of copywritting in french!!
I am members of eufreelancer and getafreelancer, and I have the project to add a page of freelance offers for the french community on my website, and I wonder how to get buyers and providers of services?

You could try locating providers in the state of Pondicherry and other former French colonies. This was a French colony until 1958 and still has a large number of French speakers and persons of French origin.
