If you sent broadcast emails you probably are always reading the latest trends on best open times.

Found this company at #icon14

It sends broadcasts based on what time a person opens up the emails. Each time the system updates the time and creates an updated time to send a particular email in a broadcast.

After a couple of broadcasts you get a strong baseline.

Big companies have been using this technologies for years. It immediately increases open rates by 10%. But it cost 75k.

Hour score works now with infusionsoft. In sure an aweber version will soon be out.

      How would they know when an email is most likely to be opened?

      "Based on your contacts' clicking behavior"?? Where are they getting that data?

      ... Or are they simply sending emails at the start of the working day for each time zone? If that's the case, any email program can do that.

    Very cool. Smart auto-responder.
    The way to get around it if you don't have that option is to just keep emailing until they open! Most good ar's can let you segment unopens that's the way I do it. I'm not afraid to send a lot of emails. Most people need multiple reminders about your message to finally take action.
