Critique Clients Website

Hey Warriors,

I need some assistance with a clients website.

He had previous content written and I haven't edited anything just yet, but he wants it setup in a way to focus on directing sales.

Any comments on the content or how it should be changed for the homepage or services pages would be helpful

Website: Joyners Heating & Cooling Inc. in Virginia Beach

Thanks,
Justin Lewis

Right out the gate its missing two things:

    A strong offer

There's a local HVAC company that has a service plan for
    $99. It offers 2 or 3 (I can't remember which) checkups and
provides priority service and discounts to members on the
    plan.

    A call to action

If you don't explicitly ask the visitor to do something they
    won't do anything.

Don't forget people don't look for a website of this kind to
kill idle time and get information. If they are at the site
they have a problem. I would play up the 24/7 availability
a lot. Maybe a red line below the menu with "Emergency?
We'll fix it now! Call 000-000-0000 24/7" in yellow text.
    Signature

..and you WILL contribute a verse.
Indifference is the enemy that must be conquered.
Appeal to the crowd by addressing the person.
