ASM-Like Tools

So, a friend of a friend let me use his ASM account to check out the system. Seems like good info, though much is very elementary.

As many of you know, ASM has 7 or 8 "tools" that they claim will make your Amazon life all happiness and light. Since ASM is open for sale again, the friend of a friend has changed his password in a effort to get me to buy in, so he can get paid affiliate cash. I'm not in a "spend $4k" kinda mood, so I'm looking for other sources for the tools.

I don't have access to the interface, so I'm going by memory here. These are the tools that I can remember...

Press release tool - Recommendations for a good service?
URL Booster tool - I'm thinking this is a backlink tool. Is this even worth the hassle?
Promotion tool - Didn't get this far.
Video tool - Didn't get this far.
Feedback Tool - Think feedbackfive.
The Alliance - Mutual posting of other user's stuff into social media.
Blog Tool - hooks into spin rewrite and blasts your posts into a bunch of blogs. Any recommendations here?
Traffic Robot: Didn't get this far.

So, if anyone can help me with resources that I can replicate these tools without paying $4000, that would be super cool.
