We are into the month of November and the holiday season is just round the corner. What would be the perfect date and time frame to pitch in a promotional holiday card for a business venture dealing in ecommerce?

I think it depends on when (and for how long) your promotion is available. If it's something like
"free shipping on all orders until Dec 25," You could possibly wait until Thanksgiving week. Honestly though, I think the sooner you start promoting, the better. I read on the National Retail Federation that 40% of consumers begin their holiday shopping before Halloween, so people are likely already scoping out deals.

What does your business and promotion entail, if you don't mind me asking? That may help other posters give the best possible advice.

The day after Halloween.

This isn't from a scientific point-of-view, it's just when I start seeing Christmas decorations in every single retail store.

It's also when Christmas music starts blaring on all radio shows.

December month would what i would like to recommend you to pitch for holiday card for your venture. Christmas is best time to perform many activities which can boost website sales.

Ecommerce market has been in boom and we have seen its results. You can do promotion through various offers during Christmas season.
