hello does im allowed to sell brand name like iphone on my website they are original from ebay sellers
P.s im not from USA
yesterday i talk with apple and they said you are not allowed to do this job you need to be a reseller

    If you like affiliate with ebay or amazon the there is no proble to sell on your website producst but buying this people should go to these websites.

    Dear If you are selling these products through ebay affiliate links then you can do it and there is no any restriction either you are from USA or not.

    Do it and enjoy sales...

      i want to sell from my website no ebay , i know one website from eu that sell mobile phones and they offer to me mobile phones

        I understood your question. Unfortunately brands dont allow it, as you would be dropping prices etc.. Still you can try, but once they send a notice, you need to stop

          I'm head of online marketing for a company in this exact same business in the UK. We've been running since 1999 and not once have we ever had a letter coming through telling us to stop, despite being featured and mentioned in the Sunday Times, The Huffington Post, the Daily Mail and plenty more.

          It's just a scare tactic. Just focus on your business and stay out of the UK market or we can't be friends
