Selling E-commerce Site/Concept
A client has left me with no choice but to sell her e-commerce site/concept in an effort to cover her outstanding invoices. Our confidentiality contract has been broken, so I can simply sell my knowledge of her business.
The site is a very specific niche, great name recognition, all 6 vendors drop ship items, US only.
Most traffic was generated poorly due to her lack of adwords ability. We attempted to show her how to improve, but she was more focused on marketing to herself than potential customers.
In our attempts, we ran a campaign for a single product. Used 20% of her previous adwords spend and increased those product sales 300%. She still was determined to do it her way. Well, now she is going out of business and I have outstanding invoices to cover.
