Need help with Amazon sponsored ads and seller rating

I searched over the internet and I couldn't find any guide with tips or tricks to Amazon sponsored ads. I want to publish new product that and I want to promote it Amazon sponsored ads.
In one of my first sale, I had to cancel it because run out of stock and I canceled the order. My seller rating immediate dropped from 100% to 46.61%. How bad is this and how can recover it? I had only 12 sales.

    Your seller rating will rise over time if you have no more problems, but I've never seen or heard or a rating that low. If you hear from Amazon over such a low rating, definitely contact customer support and let them know what happened.
