Hello
I tried searching on here for answers but didn't find much of what I needed so I thought I would ask directly.

I would like to add few products from "LightInTheBox" into my website and was wondering if its possible to have it setup where when someone orders the product from my website, I order it from LITB and customer receives the product as if it came directly from me?

I dont want customers to know that it came from LITB. The problem is I am located in NY and LITB is in HongKong so wouldn't it show customs form and all when customer receives it?

    This is a good question. I would speak with LITB about this as they are the only ones with control over how shipping is handled. This is a dropship situation and very often companies that dropship have ways around the return address problem. Some dropshippers will "blind ship" which means they will list the return address but no company name. Some dropshippers will list THEIR return address under YOUR company name. And some dropshippers are willing to list YOUR name & YOUR address on the return label. You'll never know exactly what they're willing to do until you ask.

    Also keep in mind that if none of the above works out, you could always purchase product in "light bulk" and ship the product yourself. This would give you full control over how the label looks and would also give you a chance to put an insert into each shipment.

      Hey I really appreciate you taking your time to get back to me about this question. I am trying to avoid paying double shipping charge since shipping from China get kinda pricey when you order in bulk.
      I guess I will have to get a hold of them personally and ask them all these questions before proceeding with this because it will make things who lot easier for me if they ship and handle packaging.
