Hi everyone, I am not referring to email marketing but rather personal email accounts for customer service, business communication, etc. What is the recommended way to set up email: gmail for business, from my hosting with outlook, please recommend a solution.

As far as I'm concerned, its far more professional to use your email with your hosting account so your email @domain.com matches your store's url. You can use outlook or any other program you want though.

Use professional email @yourdomain.com but link it to gmail for businesses, because those free email services as SquirellMail are crap, especially when it comes to HTML emails.

Well, According to my personal opinion, if you are working as a professional and need a mail account, then you need to go with email marketing, i.e. should be a unique company name id of each and every employee.
