Managing the logistics of an Amazon store

I am currently setting up an Amazon store with real dropshipped products (and a few FBA) to test some sales strategies for clients. Because my main focus is that of a full time Amazon developer, I do not have the time to manage the logistics of such a store if it starts generating any real sales.

Just to be on the safe side, I'm looking for referrals for reliable but affordable services for managing/automating an Amazon store, handling distribution, supplier order fulfillment, customer service, etc.

An end to end solution would be best, but I'm up for splitting tasks if that would be a better route to go. It's been notoriously difficult for me to find contractors that can fill these roles reliably, so I'd rather go with teams or dedicated services.

Thanks!

You say that you do not have time to manage all the logistics of what you are setting up. In that case it seems like using more via the FBA business model may make sense for you.

You simply provide Amazon with some inventory from your clients and everything else will be taken care of: order fulfillment, any refunds returns or customer satisfaction issues, etc - all taken care of. Plus you get the huge amount of buyer traffic that is already on Amazon.

Yes there are fees as there would be any time your business is making use of a service. Amazon charges a percentage commission which is approximately 15% of the total sale price. The seller pays to ship the items the Amazon warehouse but this shipping is at the very low Amazon UPS shipping rate. That saves a lot right there.

There is also some minor storage and handling fees that I have never even looked at very closely because they are so small and insignificant. The seller recieves very good service from Amazon as does the end user customer, there is very strong customer trust with Amazon and the large amount of buyer traffic more than offsets the costs IMO.

      Thanks for the input!

Still looking to go the dropship route for part of the inventory and need to find a reliable cost effective crew to train on the product lines added.
