Do I use e-commerce to start my own dropshipping site? Also I'm going to use Doba.com for wholesalers and do I need to use wordpress alongside e-commerce? Thank you.

    But yes, you can develop an e-commerce site that utilizes drop shipping.

    WordPress is a content publishing platform. You can use it for e-commerce, but that is not what WP is really designed for.

    I would suggest you look into an e-commerce store platform. There are a gazillion to choose from. Here is a good one that will easily integrate drop shipping.

    I am also in favor of Steve. WP is not only providing the best eCommerce site, there are so many other eCommerce platforms available, who provides the best service as per the client needs. Some of them are, Magento, Opencart, Shopify and so on.

    • Another good platform to start an e-commerce/drop shipping business on is Shopify. They take a lot of the headaches out of many of the issues you are going to be faced with such as payment processing.
