Managing orders that come through email
Hi, we get a lot of purchase orders through e-mail and we are manually managing them.
My question is, does anyone know a more efficient system, where I can assign orders to people? Say, order processing, then shipping in the warehouse?
Almost like a group, where it can be marked as completed, flagged, pending, or something of the sort, where everything can be manages efficiently by all parties of the process.
