Hey Warriors,

I'm working with a business partner on creating an ecommerce focused digital marketing agency. We've already been offering development services to some store owners and now we're going to start offering marketing services for a fee.

What I'm wondering is that what are the biggest challenges you face as a store owner?

We've helped build and grow 3 ecommerce ventures for friends and really get the dynamics. But I'd love to know what the deeper challenges are, that you face as a store owner.

    correct product strategy, overall business strategy...

    how to reach the correct audience for MY product

    as an example.. I have a great product (with a huge margin) people love (who actually buy it)... perfect reviews... NOT one return on our 60 day guarantee....

    yet.. our conversion rate is HORRID, our website/landing page is horrid.. we have no clue who our 'customer' is nor how to reach them..

      Why arent you looking into answering any of the questions above? Is it the lack of technical/marketing expertise that is stopping you?

      Or is it just not having the time or energy to invest?

      Also would a paid solution that fixes your problem something you'd spend on? (Like do you believe investing in it is a good idea?)

    I have owned a business related to eCommerce platform. I build eCommerce websites for my customers. And it is very successful too. My biggest challenge is lead generation.
