Any websites that can purchase for me by PayPal?

Hey

Maybe this is the wrong section but I couldn't find any better section :/

I live in a country that PayPal doesn't support right now, so I need websites that accept for example credit card payments and they will be for me by their PayPal account the items I want. so do you know any websites that offer such services?

    I dont understand your question, which country are you located? I am located in a country paypal payment didnt work, but i can open paypal account to make payment. But to verify the paypal account that only works for sending payment need a bank account or credit card.
    1. where are you? can you register on paypal from where you are?
    2. do you have credit card or debit card? in the address where you are located?
    3. do you want to get paid by paypal or do you want to accept payments through paypal?

      I am in Lebanon right now and PayPal isn't supported here. I have American and Chilean credit cards which I can use to verify my account but it will get suspended by PayPal after a bit that's why I can't use PayPal here.

      I wanna buy something and the seller can accept only PayPal and I am looking for like a company that will accept credit card so I pay them the item's value which let's say it's 100$ and they get a percentage as a fee like 5$ for example for doing for me this service. I know a company here that I send them money by western union and they will do for me the PayPal purchase from their account but I don't like western union and I prefer to pay by credit card

        Hi İsa Al,

        If you don't have a paypal balance and you've set your credit cards as your back up payment, your credit card will get used for the purchase anyway. So, when you want to make the purchase, just make sure that you don't have enough for it *in your paypal balance*, and that there *is* enough for it on your backup card and the payment will get processed with your credit/debit card. I think the situation that you're describing is likely against PayPal's Terms of Service. I hope this helps. Good luck

    Paypal is a best payment gateway but, unfortunately, it is not available in your country.If you can prefer then it will be better for you to use online banking service by which you can make any type of online payments.
    Hope it will be helpful for you for payment gateways.
