    Hi TL3M,
try to be a little more specific on your situation if you can..

-Where are you planning to import your products from?
-Are you planning to sell globally or locally?
-Are you already an Amazon seller?
-Are you looking to do FBA or FBM?
-what sort of goods are you dealing with?(no need to spell off your niche, but for instance some categories are not allowed: weapons of mass destruction, etc..)
-"there has to be an easier way.." that's for sure but.. easier than what?!
-What kind of help do you need? Custom's clearance? some prep services?you name it, since there are many steps involved into the whole process..

The more specific you are with your questions, the more specific answers you'll get, and the easier you'll get them

    best regards

      • A little bit more detail would be super helpful so we can give you more direct advice.

What exactly about the upload doesn't work? If you are just trying to upload your vendors CSV, that may be the issue.

Do you have the example CSV File from Amazon? Yours should be laid out like that one, that way, you don't have to mess with a complicated field map.

I find it very helpful to use that as your exact template.
        IE
        1. Select the first header line with Price, Descrip , ASIN, etc.,
        2. Copy that row to a brand new sheet. This is now your template.
        3. Fill in your products one row and do a test upload.
        4. If it works, continue on with more products. ( if you cant get an upload to succeed with 1 product don't bother doing 1K)

If that still fails, a screenshot of the error would be nice

        Hope that's helpful

@TL3M, I am a freight forwarder in China. We would check the best shipping solutions for your shipment from China to USA.

  • If the above suggestion doesn't work, I know there are third party tools that help with bulk imports of listings. That said, if this is a one time fix you're looking for and don't anticipate needing to do multiple bulk uploads to your marketplaces, its probably not worth investing in a tool.

If you did want to look at some third party listing tools, ecommercebytes and WebRetailer are both good places to check out and read software reviews.
