WooCommerce & Amazon - Does This Make Sense?

Please take a look at the attached image and give me your opinion. I have a web store with amazon, using WP and WooCommerce. This is an image from my WooCommerce dashboard. If you look at the image, there have been 53,890 total views of the products with 25,671 added to cart. Only 158 total redirected to amazon. I have only seen 15 or so actual sales. Does this seem unusual?
If you have experience with amazon affiliate sites, and the conversions which they typically have, I would really appreciate any input at all.

    well... not all people will purchase items at the very first time... human tend to go search around look for better price for the items... so ... not unusual case for this...
