      however they have agents worldwide who can help with your issues. I got in touch with Shapiro not long ago and even though I didn't end up hiring their services they were very helpful to me by re-direct me to the right direction

        Shapiro are the forwarders specified by Amazon FBA, but as rumifdx found, they, like almost all forwarders have a worldwide network of agents so they can handle shipments to or from any place.

        @iwhiz, I have sent you details of a good forwarder in Shanghai. Any forwarder worth dealing with will handle all shipping payments on your behalf, including paying Customs duties. They pay on arrival at the destination port, and you repay them at which time they will then deliver the goods to you, or re;ease them to you for picking up.

        I would never arrange shipment on a DAT (Delivered at Terminal) CFR (Cost and Freight to port of destination), Or CIF (same as CFR, but includes insurance).

        Reasons are:

        • Massive costs added after the shipment arrives at the destination port.
        • DIY pickup is frustrating, and can take a day or more.
        Always have your freight forwarder include all port costs and delivery to your address.
