Hi,

How can I render the visitor of my site trusting to buy from my eStore?

From Ebay, they could just complain, and they'll get their money back with Paypal.
But with another Estore, how can one (the seller) guarantee the customer's money?

I want to make an eStore, and I want the customer/visitor to have COMPLETE trust in the shop.

How?

And what's the best FREE software/application for establishing a firm eStore?

I would suggest you to try Magento Community edition as its free. However, if you want to add more features then you have to buy the premium version. Also you need SSL certificate, this will secure your customers personal data from theft.

If you want them to trust the shop then you can just apply the same method as Ebay is doing by giving them their money back if they're not satisfied.

You could use Paypal as a shopping cart then they would in fact be getting the same protection.

Beside that, you can put up a Money Back Guarantee badge on the site to make people feel a little better.

Woocommerce extension is free and millions use it to create their stores. The extensions are not free, but you don't absolutely have to have them if you don't have any money. They do enhance your store a lot with different functions, but aren't absolutely necessary.
