Can you do basic dropshipping while living in China?

So long time lurker, longer time dreamer.

I've been reading eBooks and watching free video courses for a few months now and am gonna plunk down the money for Drop Ship Lifestyle the next time it goes on sale. I'm looking to start a long term venture into eCommerce.

My biggest battle is that I live in China.

I see that some people see this as a benefit when it comes to importing and tsting products but I'm looking at the absolute ground floor right now, drop shipping. What is the best way to go about contacting suppliers and such while living in China? Use Skype? Will funny call quality or the fact that I'm not in the US throw them off?

Obviously any insight is beyond helpful and many thanks.

    I opened an account on a chinese dropship company and opened my site SuperHotDeals
    now I am waiting to see the results. I believe everyone can join and get money trough paypal.
    The only thing is you have to advertise your site.

      I'm looking to go totally traditional for my first outing and I'm more concerned with contacting US based suppliers. Will that be a problem?

        Do you still have a US based bank account and an ability to get an American business license and Sales & Use Certificate? Otherwise, you will run into problems with American Suppliers.

          And no I don't have an active bank account but I'm heading back in December and can set one up.

          I'm just swimming with it all and kind of losing faith in.... myself?

            As far as drop shipping goes, it's definitely not easy money, but it's totally doable and even without paying a $1000 for Dropship Lifestyle. That program is more of a gimmick than anything else. Visions of bikini clad young women is always a great lure, but if you have a modicum of intelligence, you can source suppliers and set up a website without becoming a DL groupie.

    You can find some faith website ask them whether they can provide dropship service. As to jet lag, you can get your order and make an order on their website and contact them by Skype or what's app or google +.
