Amazon Affiliate experts I need your help

I have created a my affilaite website using Amazon. I am using https://my.geni.us/ to localize Canada+U.S. Website is getting a lot of traffic, here are my stats just for today

204 Page Views
98% bounce Rate
Affiliate links clicked 30 Clicks
0 Sales

So almost 15% of traffic seem to be clicking on my affiliate buying links, but no sales. No sure what to do, I made a slider on the page which seems to have helped, but no solid results.

When I check Amazon, their back end is showing much less clicks, and obviously still nothing in sales. I don't know if its just because no one is buying, or if something is messed up within the links. Anyways just wanted to see if there is anyone out there that might be able to figure out whats going on

    If that was organic traffic from the search engines (people searching for products and reached your website, then it's usual.)

    For every 1000 clicks (in a month) of targeted visitors you should earn at least $150 - $400 per month depending upon the products you are promoting.

    Don't worry about the page views. The click through rates of the buy now buttons should be higher.

    Sometimes you will see 1 sale for 200 clicks. The numbers are highly unpredictable.
    Often just 3 clicks will earn you $75 or more!

    In case of affiliate websites, there is nothing to worry about the bounce rates, since we want them to leave our website and reach the destination website. We don't want them think too much and staying on our website.

    Using Amazon buttons is not advisable. Use plain "Buy now" buttons without mentioning about Amazon. Using "Buy from Amazon" buttons drastically drops the click through rate. Make it very easy for them to click on the buy now buttons and leave your website.

    Don't use slider on the home page. Don't make your website a mess. Keep it simple.
    Make your buy now buttons and links PROMINENT at different places.

    Your website fonts are too big at some places adjust them. Keep your website simple.
    Don't offer them too many product comparison and similar options or they will get
    confused and close your website.

    Remove the news letter subscription popup on your website (unless you will promote them exactly
    the same product via email followups. Since you don't know what product name they typed in Google
    and reached your website, it is useless to get them in your subscribers list.). Offering them to signup via
    an on-site popup changes their buying mood and they don't buy anything. Once they reach a specific product page on your website, they should click on the buy now button. Don't offer them anything else.
    That's why many big internet marketers suggest creating own products (Building a list with affiliate products is time consuming and works only if you want to promote a few products via hard selling).
    For eCommerce affiliate websites, it is not advisable.

    Don't put Adsense ads on your Amazon website. Your Adsense account will be disabled soon.
    Further, Adsense ads are also a distraction.
