    Hi,

This has to do with the taxes of your home country, you can't receive unlimited amounts of income without having to report these incomes, that is probably why your accounts have been limited. You need to properly set your payment processors up keeping the tax regulations in mind, then you're accounts will gain full access again. I can see however that this is not a short term solution, but I'm afraid it's the best way to go.

Have you supplied the information that Paypal requested when you exceeded their base limit?

Usually payment processors are bound by certain laws in particular ones relating to money laundering.

They will ask you for identification, business registration details, various tax details etc to verify that you are a legitimate business.

It usually comes as shock to some when they first go over the limit because at that point they freeze your account until you provide the necessary documents that they require.

It is highly likely that you will come across this type of problem with any payment gateway so it is best to get your act together and register a business, open a business bank account and operate like a business.

If PayPal limit your account then you should provide all evidence to PayPal. show them that you sell products on Facebook and all money coming from there.

they will ask some verification . once you provide they will open your account immediately.

Consider ProPay or a similar payment gateway.

Sounds like you're confusing gateway with a payment processor.

Replicas are usually considered high risk, meaning most payment aggregators (PayPal/Stripe etc) aren't going to let you process for long. Sounds like you need a high risk aggregator/non-US merchant account with an appetite for high risk e-comm.

And if Paypal has ever held your funds or suspended your account, check out this class action lawsuit info and find out if you can qualify for a settlement.

I received this little diddy in my inbox the other day from Paypal.

This notice summarizes the proposed settlement.
