I have open 2checkout account.and i sell my design service by 19designs | All graphic and design for website ,get payment by 2chekout system.Now i want to buy or pay other website .Can i pay by 2checkout?

You can't use your own 2Checkout funds to pay for purchases. You must transfer to your bank account then repurchase using debit/credit card cleared funds.
