FBA Groups at FB

Are there any good FBA Groups where a noob can learn and get help without paying an arm and a leg? All the groups I've tried joining are closed and have to have purchased an instructional product first.
I'm on a limited income and can't afford what some are asking for membership.

I'm sure, or at least have heard, that there are open groups one can join. Anyone know of any and can you give me the link to it or them?

I've tried following material in eBooks but I can't get anywhere on my own. Would like the interaction of a group.

Thanks ahead of time, swtp43 (alex)

  • I am a member for Jim Cockrum's forum for Amazon sellers and I find it very useful. However as you point out in your question it is set up for members of the Proven Amazon Course (at least I think it is restricted to course members). They also have a Facebook Group under the name MySilentTeam.com. I am not sure if this is a closed group or not. I do not use FB much but I know if you search on the site you will find groups that may help.

    • Thank you for the pointers. I notice that you are active with Amazon. How and where did you get your start. I'm almost at the point of buying into Sean Donahoe's 'Azon Authority' just to get a start.

I really want to begin and stick with FBA and Private Label but have not been able to make any head way. I've tried other affiliate marketing methods and failed miserably.

The products you have, are they for affiliate marketing or for FBA products. Retail Arbitrage is not for me either. I haven't the room or the money to store anything. Even if I ship any products to Amazon I don't know how to market them. SEO and Traffic generation are not my strong suite. I can write reasonably well but it takes more than mere content. What would you suggest?

      Thanks, Alex
  • How did I get my start? My site attractmorecash.com tells a bit about that. I found Jim Cockrum's course to be very helpful. It is actually several courses put together and more get added all the time. Reasonably priced IMO.
Pretty much all the topics are covered very well and the seller forum is excellent. There is also a Udemy course just on private labeling - "Make $1000 a Week on Amazon Starting With a Tiny Budget" by Theo MacArthur, that I though was very good. Less expensive and only focuses on one aspect of an FBA business.

    • Thank you - I hooked up at Udemy and you're right, it is a good course. Only through the first few lectures but she makes so easy to understand. Thanks again,

    • Thank you twentytwo - I've gone and registered! Hope to meet inside the forum.
  • The Amazing Seller at https://www.facebook.com/groups/TAS.Private.Group/ by Scott Voelker is a large & very active group. He also does frequent podcasts.

  • The redditt subform for FBA is good and Theamazingseller.com is a pretty good podcast, so I would suspect their forum is good as well. I'd stay away from anything tied to ASM though.
