There are plenty of ways you can do what you are trying to achieve.

You can use a number of the different membership platforms couple with a video player that play your video from a resource you can protect like Amazon S3.

Some of the shopping cart based solutions like Cloudnet360 with their membership area functionality couple with the S3 storage of the content would work.

As would looking at DAP , Kajabi, Clickfunnels etc.

You could just run a membership site using S2Member and embed a player like EVP Easy Video player to serve the content from a bucket you've set up in Amazon S3.

The platform is not so important as the secure serving of the video and protecting the link.

Many platforms offer some protection but if someone is determined to steal or share your content then they will find a way.

You may want to consider how much protection you "really" need.

Is the content so valuable you need absolute protection or do you just want to make it difficult?

It may pay to focus more on the marketing and selling of the course.
