Building an ecom business from Europe... ?

Hey warriors,

I am looking into ecom as my next online venture that will take me to the next level (7 figure land). However, I have one major concern.

I am currently located in Poland but would obviously aim to offer products world-wide and especially the US/UK, as the Polish market is pathetic.

Is dropshipping my only option? Holding inventory here and mailing it out to the US will be rediculous haha!

Any advice? Please do share

      I am not sure but if you can manage to easily dropship to European countries then it shouldnt matter even if you are in Poland. Have a website developed for the target country and market it accordingly. That should work for you.

    I would suggest using 3PL like Amazon FBA or another company to maintain your inventory. As always when entering a new market, testing is important and think about that with respect to inventory.
