Reputable Affiliate Program Advice Please?

Hey all, I do some affiliate marketing and have become pretty successful in my niche. However, the vendor I am working with ran into a huge problem with their affiliate program. It stopped counting about 90% of the sales coming in... gulp. Apparently this is a problem that the affiliate program has (BCATracker) and its not being resolved after 1 month. Everything on my website/social media shows that my traffic has increased +20% compared to last month. Luckily this isnt my sole source of income, but this is like a huge mortgage payment disappearing from my income stream every month.

So, the big question is this. What affiliate program is compatible with the big commerce platform that is actually going to work? All i need is a program that tracks and works, and i can get my vendor to get on-board with it. I only do tags like "/#aid=XXXX" linking from social, youtube, and website.
