Trustee Online Exchangers
I have a tiny sum of money on my paypal account. My paypal is not verified and i cannot verify it (link my bank + credit card) because i used fake street address in another location but the phone number is correct. My country (Tunisia) does not simply support receiving funds into my paypal yet. Bottom line: I want to transfer that amount from Paypal to Skrill but i am concerned about security issues. i have checked few ones like (exchangezones, exchangex, okexchange, magneticexchange, netix...) and the fees seems to be almost the same with very slight difference.So, is there any noteworthy confidential exchanger website that you may recommend it guys? Thanks alot!
