Factors that could help a mobile wallet with low awareness to gain market share .

currently me working on a project for state bank of india, the problem that i face is that aware for the product is very low, my objective is to increase the market share . i want to do a survey, and was thinking which factor is more more important eg, awareness,features, brand image etc. Please feel free to suggest other factors as well.

    Indian internet penetration is very low.. So things wont move at a very fast pace
    I would suggest.. Brand hoardings will be much better
